Meet Your Doula
and her Philosophy

Stella
I am a birth doula, postpartum doula, and yoga teacher with more than 30 years of experience teaching people how to breathe, move, and trust their bodies. My work blends holistic birth support, embodied movement, and lineage-based healing. Both of my grandmothers were healers, so this path isn’t something I stepped into—it’s something I grew up inside of.
I’ve trained across multiple healing systems. My background includes Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), meditation, anatomy, energy healing, and breathwork. I studied Thai massage with monks and trained in Reiki. I’ve worked with an MD and spent decades teaching yoga, meditation, and movement. This gives me a unique ability to support the full spectrum of the birth and postpartum experience: physical, emotional, energetic, and nervous-system based.
MY APPROACH
Empowerment, Holistic Care, Support
As a birth doula, I help you stay connected to yourself. I support you with breathwork, labor positioning, pain coping techniques, and nervous system regulation. I help you trust your instincts, stay informed, and make choices that feel right for you. My role is to keep you grounded, supported, and safe while you move through birth on your terms.
As a postpartum doula, I support the sacredness of your recovery. I offer Ayurvedic-informed care, digestion-friendly meals, herbal support, lactation guidance, newborn care, and practical household help. I focus on rebuilding your strength, protecting your rest, and helping you feel supported in the early weeks after birth. My goal is to reduce overwhelm, improve your healing, and create a peaceful environment for you and your baby.

More About Me.
As a yoga teacher, I bring decades of prenatal and postnatal movement wisdom into my work. I understand how the body opens, stabilizes, and reorganizes during pregnancy and postpartum. I use gentle movement, alignment, breathwork, and somatic awareness to help you feel strong, present, and connected to your changing body.
Families hire me for grounded, experienced, intuitive support. My approach is simple: clear communication, steady presence, and deep trust in your ability to birth and recover. I combine modern knowledge with traditional practices to create a balanced, holistic support system for you and your family.
Whether you are preparing for birth, navigating labor, or healing postpartum, my role is to help you feel supported, sovereign, and confident in one of the most powerful transitions of your life.
