Postpartum Massage
Birth cracks a woman open. Not just physically. Spiritually. Emotionally. Energetically.
After labor, a mother is asked to nourish a newborn while her own body is still healing. Her womb is contracting. Hormones are shifting like tides. Her nervous system is trying to land back inside itself. This is not the time to “bounce back.” This is the time to be held.
Postpartum massage is a sacred exhale. A space where mother is finally cared for too. 🌿
Each session is designed to support your recovery after birth while honoring the massive transition into motherhood. We begin slowly, taking time to talk about your birth story, your healing, your emotions, your body, and what support you truly need right now.
This is not rushed spa work. This is intentional postpartum care.
Your session may include nurturing bodywork, womb-centered healing, Reiki energy work, grounding touch, and deep nervous system support. Special attention is given to the areas most affected by birth and newborn care including the neck, shoulders, hips, lower back, hands, arms, and feet.
The body softens. The mind quiets. The mother remembers herself again.

When to Receive Postpartum Massage
🌿
Ongoing postpartum care matters. I recommend receiving support every 1 to 3 weeks during the first 12 weeks after birth. Because postpartum recovery is not a luxury. It is part of how we heal women.
For vaginal births, postpartum massage can begin as soon as mother feels comfortable after delivery. Many women receive their first session within the first one to two weeks postpartum.
For Cesarean births, it is recommended to wait at least two weeks or until cleared by your care provider.
